Veterans Coffee Gathering

Ellie and Jenny attended the monthly meeting at the Gaylord Regional Airport for the Veterans Coffee Meet and Greet. Biggby Coffee provided the coffee for them, and Bill and Linda Muzyl attended to present a check for $10,000.00 for the new VFW Hall being built on Old 27 south. We served coffee and visited with the vets and shared about The Promise FM and the Decision 2016 event Oct. 4th in Lansing. We will broadcast live from the Capital while Franklin Graham holds a Prayer Rally for our state, country and for the election in November. We are excited to be a part of this event, and we were really excited to meet so many great veteran's who served this country and are so loyal to it. Senator Jim Stamos was present and it was a pleasure to meet him, he is a vet himself, and he is a great supporter of veteran needs. This Friday, July 8th, we will have Tom Pratt on air at 9:00 am to share about the Patriot House, a place for homeless vets who need help. It is a great resource for those who need a place to get their feet on the ground. Please pray for our veterans and for our local agencies who help them.
