Wrong Number, Right Time

What do you do when you get a wrong number?  I have a friend who is constantly posting images of him messing with text spammers all the time – but sometimes it’s just genuinely the wrong number – or at least you thought it was.

Syd was out trying on prom dresses when she texted a friend to say “Whadya think of this one?”  The only problem is the text went to Tony Wood, who was home with 5 of his 6 kids at the time.

Instead of blocking or just deleting it – Tony resonded “I think this was meant for someone else, but the kids and I think you look stunning and you should go with that one!”  He then sent a picture of the kids!

After a while, one of Syd’s friends posted the conversation on social media to get a laugh – but all it brought was tears.

That’s because Tony’s 6th child was at the hospital with mom, getting his latest dose of chemotherapy. But in just a matter of days, people started giving to a Go Fund Me page and have helped the family raise well over $10,000 for all of the treatment the little guy is gonna need. We don’t believe in coincidences, but we do believe in GODincidences.
