“I think it’s part of the Lord working through me to get him to see where he needs to be.   The Lord has, through my challenges with my health, made an impact on him ... how the Lord carried me through that.”  
      
”There was a time when he told me he didn’t want me to go to church anymore and I told him ‘I can’t do that, that’s part of my life.’  It was really hard..but I know in my heart and I could see the Lord working in his heart to do some changes.  Last summer we were gone pretty much all summer camping, just the two of us, and I think that was a turning point. Just having that one on one with each other, doing things we both like to do, and showing my love to him through Christ.     
      
”When I do my devotions there’s certain scriptures the Lord will lay on my heart that I need to share with him.  Sometimes he’ll have a comment and sometimes he doesn’t say anything but I know the Lord’s working in him. And he, in the last maybe 3 months,  has been a turning point with him.”
