“For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” — Matthew 18:20

On Wednesday, August 26th we’ll be starting 40 Days of Prayer and invite you to pray with us! Download and print the Prayer Card below and begin praying with us on Wednesday, August 26th as we start with “students” and end on Day of Prayer and Praise, Monday, October 5th.

You’re needed during 40 Days of Prayer! Don’t be shy or concerned about knowing how to pray or what exactly to pray for. God is our Father, He loves us more than we can ever fathom, prayer is just having a conversation with God.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God” — Philippians 4:6

September 10: We’re almost half way through the 40 Days of Prayer journey.  It’s amazing how fast that went by!  Now that Labor Day is behind us let’s dive into the second half of 40 Days of Prayer and lift these prayer needs to God.   Today we focus on The Elderly: during this time of Covid-19, the elderly have been affected in so many ways.  Less family and friends visit, less going out in public so let’s pray for their emotional and psychological health.  Pray that God will provide people and things in their life that keep them mentally prepared, spiritually protected, emotionally secure in their place in society but also their place in Christ.  Pray God leads them in ways to help each other, either through phone calls or socially distanced visits.  Lift up their physical wellness that exercise and movement won’t decline and they will find renewed joy in physical movement and exercise.  Thank you Jesus, for the generation before us!
