Entertaining Strangers

Hebrews 13:2 talks about how we should entertain strangers because maybe we’ll end up entertaining angels. Natalie didn’t have to - the stranger entertained her.

Natalie’s a mom with a son who has autism – and she says it’s a struggle most days, but she tries to get Rudy outside as much as possible.  He loves walks – but he hates turning around, and so as mom was getting ready to head back to the car, Rudy just melted down.

That’s when a hiker just “HAPPENED TO BE” walking by. He stopped, laid down right on the ground with Rudy and started talking to him.  It took several minutes, but Rudy calmed down - the stranger walked mom & son back to their car, and went on his way.

Took a good 10-15 minutes out of his walk to help a complete stranger – even walked mom & Rudy back to their car to make sure they were safe. You can read the story HERE. When has somebody just completely floored you with an unexpected kindness?
