Well, the majority of our winter weather is over. Now we deal with the grungy in between weather of fog, rain, slush, and hot and cold temperatures. Yes, we here at The Promise FM are all getting sick, and we are ready for spring to come! I love the scripture that says, "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold all things have become new." ll Corinthians 5:17. That's what this time of year reminds me of, as winter vanishes and new life breaks forth from the dead, dry ground, WE ARE NEW CREATURES, ALIVE IN CHRIST!! Praise God, I do not have to count on my talents, traits, possessions, or friends to make me worthy of God's Love, and after a long dry spell of drought in my life, I can count on Jesus forgiving me and helping me to start anew every morning, Great is His Faithfulness!! So happy springtime everyone, if you are heading out of town for spring break, may you be blessed with safe travels and great fellowship, if you are feeling ill, may God bless you with healing and strength, and may we all enjoy the Good News, that Jesus Christ is Risen, he is risen indeed!
